The complimentary wine and good internet were great perks during our Xmas stay. We also appreciated the access to spa facilities. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the ski slopes and a short walk to the town center, offering plenty of restaurants and shops.
The staff at the hotel were not always helpful, and there were some misunderstandings about parking. The room we stayed in was below ground level, which was not ideal.

the apartment was cosy and practical, and the staff were nice and helpful. We appreciated the well, furnished room and well, equipped bathroom. the location was slightly away from the city center, but it had complimentary parking and good internet. the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a warm swimming pool and a fantastic spa. It was an excellent place for a couple or family stay, with plenty of activities to enjoy in the area.
Our check, in process was confusing because we realized the room rental was through a private party and not the hotel itself.

Free parking, easy access to the mountain, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely pool and spa. The apartment was well-arranged, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The decorations were pleasant despite a lack of view from the window. The internet worked well, and the storage area provided ample space for ski equipment. The owner was very helpful, and the welcome drink was perfect.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious, perfect for a romantic escape. We also enjoyed the warm swimming pool and spa facilities that were included in our package, adding some extra relaxation to our stay. the location was great with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
We were a bit disappointed with the view from our room. the pictures provided did not accurately represent the reality, and we were disappointed to find that we had a limited view of the sky and surrounding grass.
